Cosmology on Safari 2025 will be held at the Anew Hotel Hluhluwe during 1-7 June 2025.

The registration fee for the conference is R6000.
The total cost inclusive of accommodation and all meals (excluding the above registration fee) for delegates staying for the whole conference at the venue (6 nights at Anew Hotel Hluhluwe) is:
- Single accommodation: R14525 per person
- Sharing accommodation: R10805 per person
Some optional excursions can also be booked via the registration form, and you may also book local transport from King Shaka International Airport to the venue from the registration form.
We have NRF funding available to support attendance by South African MSc and PhD students. The level of support will depend upon student numbers. Students should feel free to register for the conference and submit an abstract – we will contact students about the level of support available after 7 March 2025.
